How to take Fit support for a good figure?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water 20-60 minutes before main meals during the first week.

As maintenance take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water 20-60 minutes before the main meal.

CSAT+ (dry extract of carob pod and seed titrated to 36% galactomannan and 2% fructooligosaccharides) (300 mg), Kelp seaweed stem powder (200 mg), Grape seed dry extract titrated to 95% proanthocyanidins (200 mg), dry extract of aerial part of horsetail titrated to 2% silica (54 mg), Zinc citrate (providing 5 mg of zinc) (16.13 mg), Vitamin E (acetate providing 50% D-Alpha Tocopherol) (6 mg of vitamin E) (12 mg), Chromium Picolinate (providing 20 µg of chromium) (160 µg).
