How to take NeoFD control?

Garcinia (Garcinia cambogia) Extract, L-Theanine, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) Seed Extract, Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Glazing Agent (Gelatin, Patent Blue 5, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow Iron Oxide), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Chromium Picolinate.

For 1 capsule:
L-Theanine (100 mg), 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan)(100 mg), Garcinia cambogia Extract (134 mg), Providing Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA)(80 mg), Chromium (10 mcg).
