How to take Vitacrecil complex (hair and nails)?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet for a minimum of 3 months. Press the sachet with your fingers in different directions and pour the entire contents into a glass with 250 ml of water. Stir with a spoon for complete dispersion. Consume immediately afterwards. It can be taken at any time of the day.

Precautions

Do not exceed this dose. Not recommended in disorders of cystine absorption or elimination. Keep out of reach of small children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Sugar, dried orange juice, L-cystine, acidifier (citric acid), orange flavor, zinc (zinc sulfate), iron (ferrous sulfate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), color (E-160a), pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), sweetener (neohesperidin DC: E-959), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Biotin (d - Biotin).

For 1 sachet: L-Cystine (700 mg), Zinc (10 mg), Iron (10 mg), Pantothenic acid (6 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Biotin (50 mcg).
