How to take lactase 2500?
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 tablets at a time taken immediately before each meal containing lactose. Maximum 20 tablets per day.
You can take lactase 2500 tablets before any meal that contains lactose. The tablets are the size of a candy and are therefore easy to swallow. You can, for example, take the tablets with a little water. The capsules are suitable for use in children (from 2 years). Once taken, the lactase enzyme is active for approximately 30-45 minutes.
