How to take Probactis biflora probiotics?

Composition of Probactis biflora probiotics

Fructose, Maltodextrin, Streptococcus salivarius K12, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG, Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, Strawberry aroma, Colecalciferol (vitamin D3).

For 1 tablet:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG (50 mg), Streptococcus salivarius K12 (50 mg), Vitamin D3 (5 mcg).
