Properties and benefits of Symbioram

Symbioram is indicated for the recovery of the intestinal flora thanks to its symbiotic formula that combines fructooligosaccharides, lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, such as Bifidobacteriumlongum subspecies infantis Cect7210 patented by Laboratorios Ordesa. It enhances natural defenses, due to its content of zinc, folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12. Helps maintain mucous membranes, due to its niacin and vitamin B2 content. Improves energy metabolism due to its content of vitamins B1 and B6

How to take Symbioram?

Pour the contents of one stick into 100 ml (half a glass) of water, milk or other drink and consume immediately. Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 stick per day is recommended for children under 12 years of age and 2 sticks per day for over 12 years of age, adolescents and adults, immediately after meals. Intended for children from 1 year old.

Precautions

Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. May contain soy.

Storage conditions

Sticks packaged in a protective atmosphere. This product contains live heat-sensitive lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, so it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or temperature changes, keep it protected from light and, preferably, at temperatures below 25ºC.

Composition of Symbioram

Fructooligosaccharides, corn maltodextrin, L-glutamine, mixture of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (B. infantis IM1, L. rhamnosus, L. helveticus), tapioca maltodextrin, zinc citrate, nicotinamide (niacin), riboflavin (vitamin B2), hydrochloride pyridoxine (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Minerals: Zinc 4.5 mg. Vitamins: Thiamine (vitamin B1) 0.43 mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.48 mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 5.4 mg, Vitamin B6 0.6 mg, Folic acid (vitamin B9) 60 µg, Vitamin B12 0.5 µg, Lactobacilli 3x109 CFU, Bifidobacteria 3x109 CFU, Fructooligosaccharides 1.0 g, L-glutamine 0.49 g.
