Physiomance sommeil Lp (melatonin) from Therascience is a food supplement to help you fall asleep, formulated based on a synergistic and innovative association of the sleep hormone with eschscholzia, magnesium, vitamins B6 and B12 in a two-layer tablet that benefits from the patented Sepismart TM SR technology for rapid and prolonged release.

How to take Physiomance Sommeil Lp (Melatonin)?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, one hour before going to bed, for at least 3 months. Repeat if necessary.

Precautions

Do not expose to the sun during the supplementation period. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women and children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for epileptics. Risk of drowsiness (driving is not recommended).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. Keep the product out of the reach of small children. In case of combination of several food supplements, consult your health professional.

Composition of Physiomance Sommeil Lp (Melatonin)

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium citrate, Support: SepismartTM SR (xanthan gum, acacia gum), Eschscholzia aerial parts powder, Colorant: spirulina and apple concentrate, Anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate, Fatty acids and magnesium carbonate, Flavoring substance: bergamot essential oil, Melatonin, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate).

For 1 tablet:
Quick release white layer: Melatonin (1 mg), Magnesium (30 mg).
Blue prolonged release layer that benefits from SepismartTM SR technology: Melatonin (0.9 mg), Magnesium (30.0 mg), Eschscholzia powder (30.0 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.7 mg), Vitamin B12 (1.3 µg).
