How to take Poe N ° 6 - Watercress?
It is advisable to take before or without meals, take an undiluted dose (using the plastic spoon provided), keep under the tongue for 1 minute and then swallow. Shake before use. Adults: 2 ml (1 spoon) 1 to 5 times a day. Children from 35 kg: 1 ml (1/2 spoon) 1 to 5 times a day.
