How to take Levavida?

Active brewer's yeast powder, Brewer's yeast powder, Zinc gluconate, Sunflower lecithin, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Chicory root extract (Cichorium intybus L.) titrated to 90% Inulin, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Wheat Germ Extract (Triticum aestivum L.), Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin A (Beta-Carotene), Vitamin A (Retinyl acetate).
For 1 tablet:
Active brewer's yeast (364 mg), Sunflower lecithin (30 mg), Vitamin C (20 mg), Inulin (18 mg), Lactobacillus acidophilus (10 mg), Wheat germ (10 mg), Vitamin E (2 mg ), Vitamin A (0.3 mg), Vitamin A (204 mcg), Zinc gluconate (4.8 mg).
