Description

Lamberts Multi-Guard is a food supplement formulated with a complex of vitamins and minerals, being suitable for all adults and also for vegans. All vitamins are present in relevant quantities, making it a useful product when a medium/high potency B complex is required, along with the antioxidants beta-carotene and vitamins C and E.

Multi-Guard® also contains a unique blend of plant antioxidants obtained from green tea, grape seed, rosemary and oregano extracts, providing 690 super-antioxidant ORAC units per tablet.

How to take Multi-guard High Strength?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Precautions

For adults. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. This product contains Iron, which, taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG daily. Do not take this product with other products containing green tea. A dark yellow color to the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates that the body uses Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively. Long-term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 can lead to mild tingling and numbness.
