Brewer's Yeast is a ferment that comes from the breakdown of gluten contained in barley, it is made up of Saccharomyces cerevisae. It is a compound rich in protein, contains all the essential amino acids, has a high content of Lysine, and lower levels of Methionine and Cysteine, sulfur-containing amino acids. It is very rich in Group B vitamins, minerals, such as phosphates and potassium, and it also has a low sodium content.

How to take Brewer's yeast tablets?

2 tablets are recommended at each meal.
