How to take Digester digestion and transit?
It is recommended in the case of adults 1 to 2 capsules after the main meal. Children between 3 and 15 years: From ½ to two capsules, depending on weight and constitution, after the main meal with water or juice. In the case of opening a capsule you can take it with a little honey.
