Properties and benefits of Atlas cedar essential oil

The Atlas Cedar can reach over 30 meters high and live for over a thousand years. Native to Lebanon, Cyprus but also Morocco or Algeria, the Atlas Cedar presents a woody fragrance on a soft, deep, balsamic and smoky background.

How to take Atlas cedar essential oil?

It is recommended as a food dosage and put drops in a dish for 5 people.

Precautions

Always use essential oil diluted in vegetable oil or another suitable medium.
Do not use in children under the age of 7, or in subjects with epilepsy, asthma or who are allergic to any of its components.
