How to take Organic Lavender Fine Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 2 to 3 times a day. Possible uses: Diffusion: ¼ h in the living room. Massage: 5 to 15 drops diluted in 15 ml of a neutral vegetable oil, massage the plexus and along the spine. Bath: 10 to 15 drops, previously diluted in Disp'arôme, added to hot bath water, before bedtime.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for children under 8 years old. Do not use as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
