Cistus essential oil goes very well in anti-aging treatment with vegetable oil of argan or borage.

How to take Organic Peppermint essential oil?

It is recommended to dilute in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, up to 2 times a day. In inhalation, dilute 3 to 4 drops on a tissue, breathe deeply.
