How to take Tea tree essential oil?

It is recommended as a food dosage and putting drops on a plate for 5 people.

Precautions

Always use essential oil diluted in vegetable oil or other suitable medium. Do not use in children under 3 years of age, or in subjects with asthma or allergies to any of its components.
