How to take Defense Elixir, Resistance, Organic Conditioner?

It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon (15ml) outside of meals preferably, 2 times / day, pure. Diluted: dilute 2 tablespoons in 1 liter of water to drink throughout the day. To be used as an attack cure per 28-day cycle (i.e. a lunation), several times a year.
