How to take Mass Gainer Concept Strawberry?

It is recommended to mix with water, 3 times a day. It can be taken in the morning or 30 minutes after physical exercise, or if you prefer, take small shots during the day. To prepare a drink, dissolve 1 measuring saucepan (30 g = 80 ml) in 200-250 ml of water.
