Riso Scotti is the story of a family business that has been able to enhance an ancient and poor cereal like rice, with skill and stubbornness, to become an international company that exports its products to over 80 countries.

In fact, Scotti was born in the Pavese, between the Po and Ticino, a land of rice fields where the bond between land and water is indissoluble and where rice has been grown for centuries. With a lot of resourcefulness, a taste for innovation and above all great attention to the quality of its products throughout the supply chain, Scotti has become over the years a true market leader in the production of rice and derivatives.

In the early 2000s, Riso Scotti understood all the potential of rice and launched into productive diversification, creating products that could adapt to the growing diverse needs of the consumer: gluten-free, lactose-free or simply alternative diets. Rice-based vegetable milks, rice-based pasta and a few years later vegetable drinks based on other cereals such as oats, quinoa and almonds were born. Today Scotti boasts a wide range of vegetable drinks that adapt to every audience and every diet, from the Barista sugar-free oat drink, to the sugar-free organic almond drink, the Rice and Quinoa Eco Drink, up to the more classic Drink Rice and Eco Calcium.
