Properties and benefits of Avocado Oil for Massage

Its photoprotective and anti-inflammatory activity deeply repairs skin and hair, stimulating the production of collagen, repairing cracked, irritated or marked skin layers and restoring hair's smoothness and shine.

How to apply Avocado Oil for Massage?

On the body: Apply Avocado oil to slightly damp body skin or affected areas and gently massage for 10 to 20 minutes or until absorbed. You can also use it as a body mask, leaving it to act for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove it with water.

On the hair: Apply 1 to 2 times a week on the wet head smearing all the hair with the oil, especially on the ends with the necessary amount according to your volume. Let it act for at least ten minutes. If you put on a hat and a towel on it, the effect increases. Next you have to wash it with shampoo and rinse.
