How to apply Escamas De Magnesio?
- In the bathtub, add 250 g of magnesium flakes (about 2 cups) per bath. Relax for 20 minutes. You can increase the amount for a more intense experience.
- Foot bath, add 150 g of magnesium flakes (about 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes.
Precautions
Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture from the air if left open. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal open bags.

Flakes of magnesium chloride hexahydrate (concentration of MgCl2 at 47%).
