How to apply Solar F30 Photoprotector?

Apply the product evenly and abundantly on dry skin half an hour before exposing yourself to the sun. Reapply every 2 hours and after each long bath. It is advisable not to expose yourself to the sun in the hours of greatest solar radiation, between 12 and 16 hours, in which burns are accelerated and not tanning.
