How to apply Organic chamomile floral water hydrolate?

It is recommended to use as follows:
About the body:
1.- Spray the face before applying your moisturizing vegetable oil; You will tone the skin and help the oil to be absorbed more easily.
2.- As a facial tonic. Apply the lavender hydrosol as a rain on the face and without removing it add your usual cream or facial serum.
Apply neat after shaving or waxing.
About the mind:
-Add 1 cup of this hydrolate to the bath water to end the day. It will help you fall asleep and forget the stress of the past day.
In the kitchen:
-You can take it with ease. Add 20 drops to your relaxing infusion, for example lemon verbena, and you will enhance its effect as well as give it a very interesting wild flower flavour.
