How to apply Super Plus Tampon (With Applicator)?

It is recommended to wash your hands and remove the tampon wrapper. Make sure the string is securely tied and hanging outside the applicator. The applicator mechanism is like that of a syringe.
Hold the tampon with the base of the applicator between your thumbs and forefinger. With the other hand, gently open the vaginal opening and place the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening (the same opening where the discharge leaves the body). Insert it at an angle towards your back by turning it slightly. Slide the external insertion tube all the way into your vagina, until your finger touches your body.
Push the inner insertion tube with your index finger until it is inside the first tube. In this way, the tampon will be placed correctly inside your vagina.
Remove both applicator tubes from your body and place them in the container. The rope will be hanging outside your body. When the tampon is in correctly, you won't feel a thing. If you feel uncomfortable, it means you haven't inserted the tampon deep enough. You should remove the tampon and insert a new one, making sure to insert it deeply.
