How to apply Saponaria cleansing milk?

It is recommended to use it with a marine sponge, first I wet the sponge, put a little cleansing milk of saponaria and spread it on my skin with a gentle circular massage and removing the dirt outwards. I rinse it with lukewarm water and it is ready for another use.
