Description
The main nutrients in organic potato flakes are carbohydrates, of which 80% are starch, proteins, vitamins C, B3 and pantothenic acid and minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium and iron.
Indication
They are an excellent food because it counteracts accumulated organic acids, excellent against stomach ulcers.
Intake mode
It is recommended to boil water or milk and add the organic potato flakes, either as an accompaniment to any dish or as a main if you add something else (vegetables, meat, tuna...). They are also used in batters as a substitute for breadcrumbs.
