Description

Eco White Wheat Flour provides a large amount of vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is obtained from the grinding of ripe, whole or broken wheat grain, clean, healthy and dry.

Indication

The flour contains between 65 and 70% of starches, but its fundamental nutritional value is in its content, since it has 9 to 14% of proteins; the most important being gliadin and glutein, as well as containing other components such as cellulose, fat and sugar.

Intake mode

It is recommended for preparing all kinds of sweet or savory doughs, and it is incorporated as an ingredient in many food products.

Precautions

May contain traces of: gluten, soy, nuts, sesame, milk, celery and mustard.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
