Intake mode

It is recommended to soak overnight and then bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Drain and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes in water with herbs and kombu seaweed. Consume cold in salads with fresh vegetables and herbs or hot in stews.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, warm place and protected from light.
