Description

Pardina Eco lentils are high in fiber, protein, folate, thiamine (B1), vitamin B6, iron, phosphorus and zinc.

Intake mode

It is recommended for better cooking to soak a few hours before. Pour into a pot 1 measure of lentils for 3 of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for a minimum of 45 minutes. Especially suitable in salads, to combine with pasta, Mediterranean dishes and vegetable burgers.
