Description

Peeled Red Lentils from La Finestra sul Cielo are exotic and tasty, this type of legumes are ideal to combine with cereals and legumes or season with extra virgin olive oil or soy sauce.

Indication

They are a very complete nutritious food and they are packed in a protected atmosphere for a better conservation of their nutrients.

Intake mode

Washing lentils is recommended. Boil a liter of salted water and add 300 grams of product. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat in a pressure cooker. Let stand before serving.

Precautions

May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame and cereals that contain gluten.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
