Description
Millet flakes are made from whole grains that have been cleaned, peeled, and then steamed. This makes them practical and easy to use. It also makes it a perfect accompaniment to soups, gratins or in doughs to make pancakes, cakes and vegetable breads.
Intake mode
It is recommended to include them in the composition of homemade muesli, consuming them as is for breakfast, simply rehydrated with milk or yogurt (and mixed with fresh fruit or nuts and other puffed or flaked cereals).
Precautions
May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, cashews), sesame.
