Oats are a cereal that has proteins, fats, vitamins B1, B2 and C and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc and sulfur.

It is a great restorative and remineralizing. Helps in brain activity and collaborates against skin and nail problems. It also has carbohydrates that are the most abundant nutrients in oats. Decreases the absorption of sugar in the intestine. It benefits digestion by avoiding constipation and facilitating intestinal transit. It also reduces bad cholesterol (LD) levels and increases good cholesterol (HDL) levels.

It stands out for its high protein content and essential fatty acids compared to other cereals.

Intake mode

Cook three tablespoons of oat flakes in abundant amounts of liquid (water, milk, etc.) for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
