Description
Plantis oat flakes, in addition to being a natural source of fiber, are rich in group B vitamins, as well as beta-glucans that help reduce blood cholesterol levels.
Indication
These exquisite oat flakes are ideal for preparing nutritious, energetic and healthy breakfasts, as well as for incorporating into soups, creams, breads, cookies, croquettes, meatballs...
Intake mode
Breakfast: measure a cup of oat flakes and add 2 cups of cold water, add salt to taste. Boil for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat, cover and let rest for at least 5 minutes. If they are more creamy, they should be made with half a measure of milk and another of water. These oat flakes are ideal to be mixed with muesli.
Microwave cooking: mix a cup of rolled oats with 2 cups of cold water in a large bowl. Add salt to taste. do not cover Leave 4 minutes maximum. Stir vigorously and serve.
