Description
Macaroni are produced only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat used is 100% of Italian origin. The result is a quality pasta from organic farming.
Indication
The pasta-making process is characterized by a slow, low-temperature drying process that preserves most of the nutritional properties and flavor of wheat.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook with 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of product. Recommended cooking time 5-7 minutes.
Lasagna: cook for 3-4 minutes, drain, season to taste and bake in the oven at 180-200 ° for about 30 minutes, or cook directly in the oven without pre-cooking, using a more liquid sauce and extending the cooking time until 1 hour.
Precautions
May contain traces of other gluten-containing cereals (spelled and khorasan wheat, rye, barley, oats), soy and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, ventilated, dry, clean and odorless place, away from sunlight and heat sources.
