Description
Durum wheat pasta from organic farming, artisan and high quality. We make it following the classic tradition of slow drying at a low temperature that does not alter the properties of the product, this makes the pasta remain aldente.
We only use 100% durum wheat with sufficient protein to guarantee consistent, quality pasta. The artisan process and slow drying at low temperature allows to obtain all the flavor of the Pasta after cooking. It is tasty, it does not stick and it does not go too far.
Intake mode
Use 1 liter of salted water for each 80g serving. of pasta. Add the pasta when the water starts to boil and stir gently. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Once you remove the water with a strainer, do not pass a jet of water on it. Just a splash of extra virgin olive oil and serve it as much as you like.
Storage conditions
Store it in a cool, dry place.
