Description
Bio Integral Spaghetti from Bio Idea is a pasta made with high quality whole durum wheat semolina and transformed from wheat grain into pasta in 24 hours. The milling of wheat and pasta production is done on a single line, a unique process. Where the spaghetti is dried in the factory itself very slowly at a low temperature of 50 °C to 65 °C so that the flavor, aroma and nutrients are preserved.
Indication
The pasta has a rich flavor and is delicious with just a little butter or olive oil.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook the pasta for about 7 minutes to obtain a firm “al dente” pasta. Provide plenty of boiling water: 1 liter of water for every 100 grams. As soon as the pasta is put into the boiling water, the fresh aroma of semolina is released, and this aroma pleasantly fills the kitchen. Add a little salt to taste during cooking and drain the pasta through a strainer. Deglaze with cold water and possibly add a little extra virgin olive oil.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
