Description
Primeal's Rubanelle semi-completes - 100% France are pasta shaped the old-fashioned way in bronze molds, respecting tradition, and dried at low temperature. This type of shaping gives the pasta a floury appearance and a rough texture which allows them to gently hang the sauce for even more flavors!
Indication
Priméal uses 100% French organic durum wheat, traditionally grown in the hot and dry regions of southern France
Intake mode
It is advisable to boil salted water in a saucepan. Pour the pasta (80g per person). Cook 8 to 9 minutes depending on your preference for Al dente or fondant pasta. Drain the pasta. Ideally tasted with one of the Priméal tomato sauces or as you wish.
