Description
Spelled spaghetti for a delicious walnut paste. Light spelled paste is made from Type 812 flour. To prepare the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with potable water and kneaded to the required consistency to press the dough through the appropriate shapes.
Indication
Its crisp and delicate flavor goes very well with creamy sauces, tomato and Bolognese.
Intake mode
Cooking time is recommended: 7-8 minutes. It is ideal for pasta dishes, stews and salads. Due to their fine nutty flavor, they go wonderfully with tomato, bolognese, and cream sauces.
