Description
Red quinoa is a very balanced source of protein and a source of fiber. Red quinoa is a different variety than white quinoa, which is just as old. It grows spontaneously in small quantities in the RĂ©al quinoa fields and until now we have removed it from our crops to obtain a uniform creamy white seed. Today red quinoa is the object of a specific culture; its red color is located in the grain casing and the almond is white.
Intake mode
Cooking: Rinse and cook 1 volume of red quinoa in 2 volumes of water, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes, then salt.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
