Description
Quinoa tricolor Eco de Biogra is a mixture of white, red and black quinoa that contains a high level of protein and essential amino acids, making it a complete food, easily digestible and with high nutritional value. You can consume it as a base for salads and garnishes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to wash the quinoa with hot water to remove bitter substances from the surface. Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes with 2.5 times of water.
