Description

Quinoa Grano Eco from Biocop, is a pseudocereal that is grown in the Bolivian Andes.

Nice flavor and smooth texture.

Indication

Easy to cook and versatile in the kitchen. A very nutritious and energetic food. Rich in proteins and minerals like iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and calcium; as well as in B vitamins, vitamin C, E, thiamine and rivoflavin.

Intake mode

It is recommended to clean with cold water. Cook covered and without stirring for 20 minutes over low heat. 2 parts of water to 1 of quinoa. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.

Delicious soups, stews, vegetable dishes, in salads and also in the preparation of desserts can be prepared.

Precautions

May contain traces of soy, sesame, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts and lupins.
