Description
Trevijano's Vegan Gluten-Free Mushroom Risotto is a preparation for risotto with an intense boletus flavor and a simply exquisite recipe. Delicious Italian dish prepared quickly and easily.
Intake mode
It is recommended to heat two tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add the contents of the bag. Stir for 1 min. Add 7 g of salt (or to taste). If you want, you can add 50 ml of white wine and let it evaporate. Then gradually add about 750 ml of hot water, stirring until it is syrupy and al dente (medium heat). Remove from heat and, if you like, mix with Parmesan cheese.
*For one person, the quantities are about 95 g of rice and 300 ml of water. Remember to shake the packaging beforehand so that there is a homogeneous mixture.
Precautions
May contain traces of sesame, mustard, hazelnuts and celery.
