Description

Dietary fiber is one of the main elements of organic grain rye. In fact, because it is not subjected to refinement processes, it contributes up to 30% of the body's daily fiber requirements.

Indication

The vitamins and minerals contained in rye provide multiple benefits to the body. Of these, the B complex vitamins stand out, including folic acid. It also provides a compound known as thiamine (vitamin B1) that helps improve carbohydrate metabolism, facilitating their use as a source of energy for cells. As for its minerals, it should be mentioned that this cereal contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use organic rye in grain, it must be washed 2-3 times by changing the water and letting it soak for 8-12 hours. Then it is cooked in water in the proportion of 1 part of rye and 4 of water over medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once cooked it can be added to salads, paellas, stews.

Precautions

May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame, milk, celery and mustard.
