Description
Alga Kombu Bio 50 g of Algamar (Laminaria) with organic certification.
Indication
It is a wild Atlantic algae that lives in deep water and can measure up to 2 m.
With a meaty consistency, it is very rich in minerals, essential amino acids and fiber.
Large in size and brown in color, it lives at an average depth of 12 m.
Especially rich in alginic acid, with a meaty consistency, it is used in cooking to give flavor or as another vegetable.
Its glutamic acid softens the legumes.
It produces a satiating effect and is rich in minerals, especially calcium and magnesium.
Intake mode
Take 0.5 gr per day per person.
- Bake previously for 5 minutes at 200 ÂşC without soaking, or pass through a very hot pan.
- For soups, vegetables, stews, tortillas, empanadas... Or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- Or in boiling water for 1 hour, together with the legumes (lentils, chickpeas, etc...)
*Clean if there are remains of shells.
Storage conditions
Keep refrigerated between 0 and 6ÂşC. Once opened consume within 48 hours.
