Description

Kombu Eco Algae from Porto Muiños fleshy, crisp and slightly cartilaginous seaweed. Kombu is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. It is used in rice, salads. Ideal for making sauces, broths and rice.

Intake mode

It is recommended: Preparation hydrated: Immerse in water for 20 minutes, change the water and keep soaking for 20 minutes. When hydrated, it increases 7 times its dry weight.
