Description

Hiziki de Terrasana has a delicious and slightly firm bite. It is frequently used in salads. The hiziki grows in one of the places where the best seaweed in the world is collected: in the bay of Ise-Shima in Japan.

Indication

Properties:

  • authentic japanese seaweed
  • Refined umami flavor and slightly firm texture
  • Delicious in (miso) soup, salads and as a garnish

Intake mode

It is recommended to rinse well, soak for 10 minutes and drain. Fry briefly and cook for 15 minutes. Use as a garnish in stews and salads.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 °C).
