Intake mode

To get a cup of Body Performance we recommend using one of the following coffee makers: Italian or moka pot, French or plunger coffee maker, Chemex type filter coffee maker or drip coffee maker.

We recommend using the amounts of coffee indicated by the manufacturer for each type of coffee maker. How much coffee to use will depend on the size of the coffee maker. As a general rule, you can use 10g of coffee for every 100ml of water.

Precautions
