Description
Dandelion Roots of L'Herbier de France or "lion tooth" can be used as an infusion. Arab doctors in the year 1000 already used it but its introduction in the West is recent. With us, no trace of food or medicinal use before the end of the 15th century. Its arrival, then its installation in all European countries probably coincides with a barbaric invasion! The two appellations which have been granted to it are therefore very “material”: one refers to its diuretic power (piss in bed), the other to the shape of its leaves (lion tooth), comparable to fangs Lions.
Ingredients
Dandelion.
