Description

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 sachet 2 or 3 times a day after the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Place the filter envelope in a glass of boiling water (200 ml), keep it still covered for 5 minutes, and then drink. It can be sweetened to taste
