Description

Terrasana millet amazake is a Japanese vegetable sweetener. Made in Japan according to traditional techniques. An unrefined, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free amazake. An alternative to milk, eggs and sugar.

Indication

Use amazake as a sugar substitute (especially in shakes and ice creams), as an alternative to eggs, or as a base for your cake, dessert, or cookie. It is also delicious on pancakes or for breakfast.

  • Slightly less sweet than rice amazake
  • Made from fermented millet

  • Ideal for breakfast or Japanese pancakes

Intake mode

It is recommended to use about 50 g of amazake to replace 1 egg. If you want to replace the sugar, start with half a jar of amazake and make the cake batter with coconut oil or shortening, flour, baking powder, non-dairy milk, and spices or superfoods.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days in an airtight container.
